Masterpiece Description
Two luminous bodies cross a violet field.
Celestial Counterpoint stages a collision of pale lunar blue, amber gold and molten orange inside a deep violet frame. A cool, moon-like disc occupies the left, while a warmer orb gathers at the right; their crossing is activated by silver-white arcs, fine gold rings and radiating strokes that make the image feel simultaneously astronomical and handmade.
Made for a long gallery wall, an arrival space or a composed living room where a single work can carry the visual conversation. From a distance, the composition reads as a bold celestial event; closer in, its layered, impasto-like marks, metallic-looking flashes and broken lines reward sustained looking without becoming decorative noise.

Curator's Notes
Celestial Counterpoint sets a chalk-blue lunar disc against an amber-gold orb within a compressed violet field. Silver arcs, orange coils and radiating gold strokes direct the eye through layers that appear alternately to hover, collide and recede; close looking reveals a tactile illusion of ridged colour, metallic crust, wire and granular dust. Within Individual Works, its gold remains an unstable exposure—an invitation to consider discovery, value and attention rather than a literal treasure.
