Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Provision of digital content: 

Our digital content is made available exclusively via download. Once the payment process is successfully completed, the download link will be available on the order confirmation page and will also be included in the confirmation email. The content is typically made available immediately, but no later than one hour after payment is successfully received. We do not ship physical goods.

Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges. 
Digital content is provided to you via a link communicated by e-mail. 
The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 1 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
