Collection, processing, and transfer of personal data in orders
When you submit an order we only collect and use your personal data insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment and handling of your order as well as processing of your queries. The provision of data is necessary for conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide it will prevent the conclusion of any contract. The processing will occur on the basis of Article 6(1) b) GDPR and is required for the fulfilment of a contract with you.

Use of Order Printer Pro for invoice generation
We use the Shopify app Order Printer Pro, provided by Shop Circle Holdings Ltd, trading as Order Printer Pro, One Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, London W2 6BD, United Kingdom, to generate, create, provide and, where configured, send invoice documents in connection with customer orders. For this purpose, Order Printer Pro processes the personal data necessary to prepare the relevant invoice or other order document. Depending on the order and the document configuration, this may include customer name, billing address, contact details, order number, order date, purchased items, prices, discounts, taxes, payment terms and other order-related information. Use of the e-mail address for sending newsletters

Use of Shopify Payments
We use the payment service "Shopify Payments" from Shopify International Limited (2nd Floor Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland; "Shopify") on our website. In this case, payment processing is carried out by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland; "Stripe"). The credit report may contain probability values (score values) that are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical methods and which include address data, among other things, in their calculation. Your interests worthy of protection will be taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions. The purpose of data processing is to check creditworthiness for the initiation of a contract. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR due to our overriding legitimate interest in protection against payment default when Stripe makes advance payments.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation by notifying Stripe. The provision of data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract with your desired payment method. Failure to provide data will result in the contract not being concluded with your chosen payment method.

Duration of storage
